    Desirable Silver Pattern Twenty Cent Piece, Judd-1407

    1875 20C Twenty Cents, Judd-1407, Pollock-1550, Low R.6, PR63 PCGS. The obverse is nearly identical to the adopted design, but LIBERTY is incused rather than raised as on the regular issue coins. The reverse is recognized as the popular 1/5 OF A DOLLAR design. Struck in silver with a plain edge. Well mirrored beneath light silver-gray patina, with slightly deeper hues about the peripheries. Population: 3 in 63, 8 finer (6/05).(#61714)
