Description
1942 Cent, Unlisted in Judd, Pollock-4050, R-7(?)--Repaired--ANACS. Certified as genuine, but not graded. Type Two. Nearly identical to the preceding example and, in fact attributed by ANACS as the same variety, but a variation in the rotation of the dies (300 degrees versus 180 degrees) actually gives this piece a different Pollock number. Also snapped in two, like all seen, and subsequently glued back (hence repaired.)
Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2APG, PCGS# 62400, GSID# 298969)
