1923 $1 MS67+ PCGS. CAC. Readily available as a date in all but the highest grades (such as this high-end Superb Gem 1923 example with CAC endorsement), Peace dollar collectors and Registry Set enthusiasts vie for for the finest-available examples. There are none finer than this example at either PCGS or NGC, with this coin sitting at the top of the combined Condition Census for the Philadelphia issue. More than 30 million pieces were struck. This MS67+ survivor is richly frosted and supremely lustrous. Ice-blue and pale champagne-gold toning display a few soft, bluish-gray accents.
