Description
1925 Peace Dollar, MS67
Deeply Lustrous and Deeply Toned
1925 $1 MS67 PCGS. CAC. Beautiful toffee and lilac toning
and satin luster both are deeply imbued into the planchet,
providing stunning eye appeal that achieved CAC approval. Strike is
also razor sharp, and no details are left unimpressed. Most
examples of this issue were kept in bank vaults, and releases did
not begin until the mid-1940s, before which it was considered very
rare. Therefore, Mint State examples are rare, but the same cannot
be said for examples this fine, as PCGS has graded just 35 in 67+
and one in 68 above it (12/25).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 257L, PCGS# 7365, Greysheet# 7893)
