None Numerically Finer at PCGS

1925-S $1 MS65 PCGS. From a modest mintage of 1.6 million pieces, the 1925-S Peace dollar is one of the most elusive issues of this popular series. The 1925-S is seldom encountered at the MS65 grade level, and finer coins are virtually unobtainable. This example is frosty and lustrous with fully brilliant silver surfaces and amazing eye appeal. Most examples of this issue have grainy or streaky surfaces and unattractive toning. This lovely Gem does not have any of those problems. Population: 56 in 65 (2 in 65+), 0 finer (12/23).
