1926-S $1 MS66+ NGC. CAC. A hefty mintage of 6.98 million
Peace dollars in 1926 leaves the issue plentiful through Gem, and
it only becomes challenging in Premium Gem. Richly frosted devices
deliver an impressive cartwheel effect on mostly brilliant surfaces
that show traces of champagne luster. Eye appeal is exceptional and
confirms the Plus-grade from NGC, and the overall quality is
endorsed by CAC. Marks are few and insignificant, and this example
is tied for the finest at NGC. PCGS shows only two finer
