1927 $1 MS65 PCGS. Well struck for the issue with faint golden overtones across immensely lustrous surfaces. Well struck with a few modest marks and a couple of dots of deeper toning on the eagle. This Philadelphia issue is available at the Gem level but a rarity any finer; PCGS has certified only five higher-grade representatives (4/09).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 257S, PCGS# 7370, GSID# 7895)
