Delicately Toned on Both Sides
1928 $1 MS65 NGC. CAC. A lightly toned example of this key
Peace dollar issue, showing shades of pale lavender, champagne, and
powder-blue over the surfaces. The strike is sharp, and the satiny
luster is largely uninterrupted as it cartwheels around each side.
Housed in a prior generation holder. Only four coins are
numerically finer at NGC (12/14).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 257V, PCGS# 7373, Greysheet# 7896)
