MS64+ 1928-S Peace Dollar
A Famous Conditional Rarity
1928-S $1 MS64+ PCGS. CAC. The rarity of the '28-S in MS65
makes the MS64+ highly attractive for the value buyer. A lustrous
and untoned near-Gem with clean surfaces and minor central striking
softness. GOD WE TRUST is strongly die doubled, similar to the Top
50 VAM-3 but from a different obverse die. The reverse is
interesting for heavy die polish lines near the eagle's shoulder
and the OL in DOLLAR. Population: 32 in 64+, 48 finer
