USA Administration Centavo 1918-S MS65 Red and Brown PCGS, San Francisco mint, KM163. A conditionally sensitive date/mint combination, with the majority of examples situated between MS62 and MS64, and an incredibly steep drop-off at full Gem assignment. While a handful of examples remain technically finer with "Brown" designations, only a single "Red" endures at MS65, making this specimen the virtual apex one will likely see anytime soon.
