USA Administration Proof Peso 1906 PR67 PCGS, Philadelphia mint, KM168. A superb example of this very scarce, Proof only issue. The strike is bold and the surfaces free of notable flaws, with mottled grey and russet toning, with smaller areas of bright white luster. Notable as a significant date in the series, with a small mintage of only 500 pieces, many of which were damaged when they were thrown in Manila Bay to avoid the Japanese invasion of the Philippines. This denomination is rarely-offered in such a premium condition.Metal: Silver
