Madrid mint, KM154, Cal-122, Basso-59. Among the most stunning and
conditionally impressive 1897 Philippines Pesos this cataloger has
handled, with only two others attaining a comparable "Top Pop"
status alongside our specimen, including the Cape Coral example we
handled in 2021. The current representative glistens upon rotation,
with effervescent luster sweeping the polychromatic-toned fields
devoid of visual imperfection. An outlier for this generally
ubiquitous type, with superior eye appeal and condition, that
