1895 10C PR65 NGC. A blush of lemon portrait on the upper portrait denies full brilliance. Intricately struck and flashy with a broken hair ribbon (as made) due to die polish. Only 880 proofs were struck, and the associated business strike is the lowest mintage Philly issue of the series.(Registry values: N1793)
