1898 10C PR67 Cameo PCGS. A lovely, glittering proof example with heavily frosted devices and watery fields. Pronounced cobalt-blue patina is present at the right portions of each side. Only 735 pieces were struck in proof format from this year that saw the short-lived Spanish-American War.
