1902 10C PR66 PCGS. Ex: Bruce Scher. This 1902 Premium Gem proof dime is fully struck and contact-free, displaying glassy reflectivity in the sea-green fields and lovely golden toning on the raised devices. This piece shows a possible faint fingerprint fragment on the reverse, but otherwise appears virtually pristine. The sole finest Cameo of the date certified at PCGS is a PR65. Population: 16 in 66, 6 finer (5/13).Ex: Bruce Scher #1 All-Time PCGS Registry Set / Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 2/2005), lot 4062.
