Description

1906 Barber Dime, PR67+
Attractive Old-Time Toning, CAC

1906 10C PR67+ PCGS. CAC. Distinctive lavender, lemon-gold, lime-green, and reddish-gold toning graces this high-end Superb Gem Barber dime. The proof mintage was only 675 pieces. This Plus-graded and CAC-endorsed example displays well-mirrored surfaces beneath the coin's colorful toning. As one would expect, the strike could hardly be sharper for this PR67+ coin. The field/motif contrast is limited by the toning, although the central devices are well-frosted. PCGS Population: 4 in 67+, 2 finer. CAC: 11 in 67, 2 finer (12/25).(Registry values: N2998)
