1911 10C PR65 NGC. By 1911, collectors were largely disenchanted with the Barber design, and the proof dime issue for the year amounted to just 543 specimens. This Gem has strong reflectivity, traces of golden patina at the margins, and surprisingly heavy contrast for a piece not awarded the Cameo designation.
