Splendid 1892 Half Dollar, PR67 Cameo
1892 50C PR67 Cameo NGC. The coinage of 1,245 proofs in 1892 was the highest for the Barber half dollar series. Many were saved as the first year of issue, evidenced by the several hundred examples encapsulated by NGC and PCGS. Excellent field motif contrast is apparent from various angles on this Superb Gem.
