Splendid 1894 Barber Half PR66 Cameo
1894 50C PR66 Cameo NGC. This is an outstanding proof Barber half dollar, with a combination of exceptional technical quality and eye appeal. All of the design elements are reproduced with razor-sharp precision, as is expected but not always delivered on proof specimens. The watery, deeply reflective fields provide a splendid backdrop for the frosted silver devices, and lovely cobalt-blue and gold-tan peripheral toning further increases the visual allure of this conditionally scarce example.
