Spectacular Multicolor Toning

1896 50C PR65 NGC. Only 762 proof Barber half dollars were struck in 1896. Vivid shades of emerald-green and cerulean-blue toning blanket the well-preserved surfaces of this delightful Gem, with razor-sharp definition on all design elements and deeply mirrored fields, under the patina. Eye appeal is terrific. Census: 34 in 65, 46 finer (7/16).
