1898 Barber Half, PR67+ Cameo
Beautiful Surfaces
1898 50C PR67+ Cameo PCGS. CAC. This is a superbly
preserved, boldly struck 1898 proof half, exhibiting incredible eye
appeal. The obverse shows stark white-on-black contrast accentuated
by a hint of light golden toning. The reverse shows medium
amber-gold toning in the fields with a splash of soft lavender in
the center -- the visual effect is lovely purple-on-gold contrast.
