Description
Beautiful Superb Gem 1899 Barber Half Dollar
1899 50C PR67 NGC. Glorious eye appeal is the hallmark of this Superb Gem, and few proof Barber halves will ever be able to match it in that category. Exquisite golden-brown, crimson, and cobalt-blue peripheral toning increases the visual appeal of the piece. The reverse is equally attractive. Carefully preserved and nearly immaculate on both sides. Census: 11 in 67, 4 finer (6/07). (Registry values: N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24P3, PCGS# 6546, Greysheet# 6648)
