1901 50C Barber Half PR67 NGC. As with the 1897 proof set offered individually elsewhere in this auction, the present 1901 Barber half and Morgan dollar display particularly nice, well-matched color. The present Superb Gem proof 1901 half shows alternating areas of medium pinkish-gold and light to medium blue on each side, amid gleaming luster and excellent eye appeal.
