Description
Brilliant 1904 Half Dollar, PR67
1904 50C PR67 ICG. This brilliant Superb proof displays mild field-motif contrast on both obverse and reverse. A solid strike manifests itself in sharp definition on the design features, leaving no areas incomplete. Close examination shows no mentionable marks to report. A goodly number of the 670 coins minted have survived, mostly in the PR62 to PR65 grade range. Anything finer, such as the lovely PR67 example presented in this lot, is quite elusive. From The Pinetop Collection.(Registry values: N4719)
