Originally Patinated Superb 1908 Half Dollar
1908 50C PR67 PCGS. Medium golden-brown, olive, and mauve patina embraces this lovingly preserved Superb Gem. The strike is refreshingly bold, since even the right (facing) claw and shield corner offer impressive definition. A scant 545 proofs were struck, the lowest mintage of the series aside from the 1915.
