1909 50C PR64 NGC. A lovely near-Gem proof from the issuance of 650 pieces, this example exhibits amber-gold color predominating, with a ring of ice-blue around the reverse rim. The strike is bold but not full, and only a couple of tiny slide marks on the cheek appear to preclude an even finer grade.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24PD, PCGS# 6556, GSID# 6677)
