Description

1911 Barber Half Dollar, PR66
Only 543 Pieces Struck

1911 50C PR66 CACG. The Philadelphia Mint struck a minuscule production of just 543 proof Barber half dollars for collectors in 1911 and the issue is decidedly rare at the PR66 grade level today. This spectacular Premium Gem proof exhibits sharply detailed design elements throughout and the impeccably preserved surfaces include deeply mirrored fields, under vivid highlights of cerulean-blue, jade, and turquoise toning. Eye appeal is terrific.(Registry values: N2998)
