1892 25C PR66 NGC. CAC. Type Two Reverse. This first-year proof issue was both produced and saved in generous numbers, judging from the population reports, a fortunate occurrence for collectors. This Premium Gem proof boasts splendid coloration in shades of emerald, lilac, and cobalt-blue. Visible contact is nonexistent, but the eye appeal is quite evident. In an old-style NGC holder.
