    Nearly Brilliant and Defect-Free

    1892 25C PR67 Cameo NGC. Type Two Reverse. Essentially brilliant, although the lower reverse has a whisper of gold toning. This razor-sharp and undisturbed Superb Gem has pleasing field reflectivity and a richly frosted portrait. Proof production for the various Barber denominations peaked in 1892, the introductory year of the design. Census: 12 in 67 Cameo, 2 finer (3/11).
