    Description

    1893 Quarter, PR66 Cameo
    Appealing Silver-White Color

1893 25C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. A gorgeous Premium Gem, this second-year proof Barber quarter boasts generous field-device contrast on each side, even if insufficient for a Deep Cameo designation. The silver-white surfaces are essentially untoned. A couple of faint contact marks appear to preclude an even higher grade. The strike is full throughout. Population: 11 in 66 Cameo, 17 finer (8/13).(Registry values: N2998)

Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYMM, PCGS# 85679)

    Weight: 6.25 grams

    Metal: 90% Silver, 10% Copper
