    Attractive Reverse Toning

    1893 25C PR67 PCGS. CAC. A nominal mintage of 792 proof Barber quarters was accomplished in 1893, the second year of the design. This spectacular Superb Gem exhibits sharply detailed design elements and deeply mirrored fields throughout. The reverse is blanketed in attractive shades of violet toning, while the obverse remains essentially brilliant. Population: 17 in 67, 4 finer (3/15).(Registry values: N2998)
