    Spectacular PR68 ★ Cameo 1893 Barber Quarter

    1893 25C PR68 ★ Cameo NGC. Cobalt-blue, tawny-gold, and plum colors hug the borders but the centers are mostly brilliant. This pinpoint-sharp second-year Barber quarter is technically flawless, and represents the finest quality practically obtainable, although NGC has certified one other Cameo piece with the Star designation at the PR68 level, and there is also a PR69 ★ (without a Cameo designation), and a PR68 ★ Ultra Cameo that have been graded (3/06). Only 792 proofs were struck.(Registry values: N4719)
