    Description

PCGS 1893 PR 68. An exquisite proof quarter. Eye appeal is what this coin is all about, and it has plenty of it. The hairline-free fields are deeply reflective and shine brightly through the layerings of color seen throughout. The interior of each side has a fragile mix of aqua and sea-green patina and is framed at the rims by a light rose tinting. The only technical demerits on this lofty graded coin are a couple of minute grazes on the highpoint of the cheek which disturb the toning. A rare opportunity for the quality conscious collector. Population: 2 in 68, none finer.

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2428, PCGS# 5679)

    Weight: 6.25 grams
