    Description

1895 Barber Quarter, PR67 Deep Cameo
Only One Finer Example at PCGS

1895 25C PR67 Deep Cameo PCGS. This magnificent Superb Gem Barber quarter displays vivid shades of burnt-orange and champagne-gold toning, with most of the color on the obverse. The design elements offer razor-sharp definition throughout, with rich mint frost and deeply contrasted mirrored fields. The 880-piece proof mintage of this year is famous for the mysterious proof-only Morgan dollar, but the elusive quarters are prized by discerning collectors as well. Population: 3 in 67 Deep Cameo, 1 finer (11/12).
