Description
Superb Gem Proof 1895 Quarter, PCGS PR67
1895 25C PR67 PCGS. A pristine Proof example that, although not designated as such on the older green-colored PCGS insert, has a definite cameo appearance. The frosty devices and lettering combine with the deeply reflective and well-preserved fields to produce a stunning black-and-white appearance that is highly desired by collectors of high quality proof coinage of this era. Nary a contact mark nor hairline is seen even under close examination, and a hint of champagne toning at the rims gives this Superb Gem remarkable eye appeal even for this elevated grade.
