    1895 25C PR68 PCGS. The cherry-red centers cede to ocean-blue and forest-green margins. A powerfully struck specimen that shows cameo contrast on the lightly toned central reverse. A raised lintmark near the eye is as made and diagnostic for the issue. A stingy 880 proofs were struck. Population: 2 in 68, 0 finer (8/07).(Registry values: N4719)
