Description
NGC 1895 PR 67. A picture perfect cameo specimen, untoned with black and white contrast between the deeply mirrored fields and heavily frosted devices. The coin is virtually as struck and defies the notion that all high grade proof type coins are originally toned to some degree. Just 2 examples of the date have graded equally at NGC, with 4 more at the PR 68 level (1/93).
