    1896 25C PR67 Cameo PCGS. A high-contrast, brilliant-white proof, entirely untoned and fully struck including full details on the eagle. It would be hard to imagine a proof any finer in terms of strike than this Superb Gem. Just 762 pieces were stuck in proof format, and PCGS has seen just one numerically finer example. Population: 7 in 67 (1 in 67+) Cameo, 1 finer (9/14).(Registry values: N2998)
