1896 25C PR67 PCGS. The golden-brown borders frame the brilliant centers of this razor-sharp and impressively preserved Superb Gem. Only the faintest grazes on the neck prevent an even higher grade. Housed in an older generation green label holder. A mere 762 pieces were struck.
