Not Sold Description
1898 25C PR 67 NGC. Deeply mirrored with considerable frost on the devices. This cameo effect is evident even though there is a significant amount of beautiful cobalt-blue and antique-golden toning overlaying both sides. A lovely proof quarter and a good choice for an advanced type set.
