1899 25C PR64 PCGS. Vivacious peach, electric-blue, and sea-green colors dominate the reverse, while the obverse exhibits radiant sky-blue, olive, and rose patina. A crisply struck and well preserved specimen. Only 846 pieces were issued.Ex: Central States Signature (Heritage, 5/2004), lot 7053, which realized $1,495.(Registry values: N1793)
