Richly Toned PR66 1899 Quarter
1899 25C PR66 PCGS. One of the more frequently encountered dates among proof Barber quarters, with a mintage of 846 pieces. This is a deeply mirrored example that has a dusky gray center on the obverse that is surrounded by deep blue at the margin; while the reverse shows a mixture of blue-green and rose.
