    Description

1900 25C PR64 Cameo PCGS. Fully struck and nearly pristine, with dramatic depths of mirrored reflectivity in the jet-black fields, and bright, heavily frosted silver-white devices on each side. A patch of faint striations (as struck) rest on Liberty's neck, just below the jaw, with a few extending into the left obverse field, and a faint ring of dappled olive coloration encircles the obverse periphery. A truly lovely near-Gem proof.(Registry values: N1793)
