    1900 25C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. One of 912 proofs struck, this quarter is nearly flawless with assertive silver surfaces showing a wisp of clearest gold. All design features are razor-sharp, including the motto scroll which doubles back and identifies the Type 2 reverse. Few survivors of this proof issue can compete with this coin's overwhelming quality. Population: 15 in 66 Cameo, 7 finer (5/12).(Registry values: N2998)
