    1900 25C PR66 Cameo PCGS. A Premium Gem of exceptional beauty, this specimen has frosty design motifs on both sides, within a frame of deeply mirrored fields. Both sides exhibit delicate gold toning at the centers, gradually changing to violet and cobalt-blue near the borders. Population: 13 in 66 Cameo, 6 finer (9/11).(Registry values: N2998)
