Undisturbed PR66 1900 Quarter
1900 25C PR66 NGC. Type One Obverse, Type Two Reverse. Mostly brilliant on both the obverse and reverse, the devices are lightly frosted and display a moderate cameo contrast on each side. Both sides display just a bit of milky toning in the field areas, most noticeable near the lower left obverse periphery.
