1900 25C PR68 ★ NGC. CAC. Electric-blue, purple, and golden-tan patina concentrates at the obverse margins, leaving the central area and most of the reverse light golden-tan. An attentive strike leaves crisp definition on the design elements, including the upper right shield corner, which is often soft. Immaculately preserved throughout. The outstanding eye appeal confirms the lofty numeric grade, Star designation, and CAC sticker.
