1901 25C PR66 Cameo PCGS. Honey, rose, and powder-blue colors enrich this exquisite and carefully preserved Barber Quarter. Not fully struck, since a few striations present on the planchet prior to the strike are faintly perceptible on the portrait. These mint-made lines have no affect on the technical grade.
