Description
Superb Proof 1901 Barber Quarter
1901 25C PR67 NGC. Untoned in the centers, the peripheries are overlaid in intermingled swirls of orange-copper and cobalt-blue colors. The devices are typically sharp for a specimen striking, and there do not appear to be any hairlines that would bar this coin from an even higher grade. This cataloger has never seen a more beautiful proof 1901 Barber Quarter. Population: 29 in 67, 8 finer (11/04).(#5687) (Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 242G, PCGS# 5687, GSID# 5489)
