Description

1902 25C PR66 PCGS. A conditionally elusive Premium Gem example of this early 20th century proof quarter. The obverse shows vivid multicolor peripheral toning around a soft champagne interior, while the reverse a much more dominating rose, gold, and sea-green palette. Population: 28 in 66 (3 in 66+), 7 finer (2/16).(Registry values: N2998)
